Given the exorbitant cost of travel, whether it be by plane or road, I decided to do a super relaxed stay at home holiday weekend. Saw on the news that anyone trying to travel on the 95 corridor Saturday near Northern VA was totally screwed by accidents. Today it’s just a chill day at the pool after a nice workout and tomorrow it’s an early Nats game.

Although it’s not exactly adventurous, I am definitely enjoying the chill, especially given some rather rough recent family health issues that have weighed heavily on my mind and caused measurable loss of sleep in the last few days.
