Senator Warner proposed a Stop Stupidity Act to prevent future government shutdowns. Unfortunately it’s likely DOA. Remember folks, all of this government shutdown stuff only started in the 80’s. It’s now become a standard dis-functional political tactic that hurts our own country on a recurring basis.
