Man killed on Outer Loop in Maryland while changing tire | WTOP

A Maryland man is dead after he was struck by what troopers believe may have been an impaired driver Saturday morning. The man who was stuck was changing a tire on the Outer Loop of I-495 in Prince George’s County.

This is exactly why folks need to stay in their cars and call for assistance. It’s simply not worth getting out and getting killed.
