Back on the Course
Completed my first round of golf in 2022. A neck injury in March pretty much ended my season before it started, but today I was able to finish 18 holes with only minor pain.
My score on the other hand suffered serious pain and injury. Through about 1/2 bucket of balls on the range, I may be made solid contact twice. On the course it took about 8 holes before I started to intermittently make decent contact. Is what it is, and I am thankful just to be swinging again on what turned out to be a rare, nice day in Maryland!
At the first hole of the round, this little guy decided to motor across the fairway. He was pretty shy, so I wasn’t able to get too close without him “turtling up.”
