Stopped by Wegmans and picked up some very nice steaks for dinner. Weather is supreme and the will be awesome on the grill. Usually go for caramelize onions, but went for shrooms with brandy.

You know how Thanksgiving meals always taste great the next day… well this isn’t traditional; but, I decided to de-stress. The bird is cooked, carved and in the refer, leaving time to cook down the carcass for turkey noodle soup. Hope everyone traveling arrives/arrived safely. Roads look to be a madhouse out there.
