There are many perks that come along with teleworking like less stress, less expenses, and less wasted commute time. Above all though is not being stuck in an office staring at walls vs. being able to enjoy this type of view out of my home office window and this type of companionship while I work.
This year I unfortunately missed the Cherry Blossom Festival downtown DC. I did; however, get a chance to see some of the Spring beauty when I visited Baltimore on a beautiful weekend in March. In general East Coast winters have become much milder over the past decade, but we still reliably get a few dustings of snow and ice, aka freezing rain. These images were shot in my neighborhood and are fairly representative.
Is it just me; or, is anyone else looking out their window expecting to see White Walkers and the army of the dead? Clearly the wall is down and winter has arrived with a vengeance!
Anyone want to hazard a guess as to what moving I saw?
My yard is now less dingle balled. Every one you see I the pile was lovingly plucked from the grass by hand. One hell of a lot of toe touches. 😠
