Playing with some video in my front yard…

Clyde’s provides one of the most outstanding free deserts for birthday’s I’ve ever run across. However, what’s truly priceless is getting to spend time with my father on his special day!

We have a pair of hawks nesting in a tree just outside our back yard. Occasionally they like to hang out on our fence… likely after they’ve dined on one of the feathered troops that also hang in our yard.

All prior methods of keeping the masked bandits away from the bird seed failed eventually. They’re simply too persistent and too dexterous, allowing them to defeat physical deterrents. Going through some Photoshop tutorials and I came across one that allowed you to create line/charcoal drawings out of photos. Here’s a shot of my bike in the CA redwoods converted as such.

Working on my A/V center and leave a drawer open for 30 seconds. Cats manage to converge from all corners of the house and even from a dead sleep in order to poke their noses and paws into a new crevice.

I’m not normally a hot chocolate drinker, but this came recommended and it was every bit as good as you might imagine. The difference between this and your normal add hot water to Nestle coco mix is stark!
