Chili… it’s what’s for dinner
I decided to have some Fall fun with dinner and brew up a pot’o Cincinnati without a recipe. Now I know why there are so many chili contests out there… it’s darn hard to get the ingredients/spices balanced. My initial in the pot attempt was just plain yuck! But after 3 hrs of simmering and much spice witchery, it turned out super tasty! Not sure how “authentic” it was, but it sure hit the spot on a cold day.
