Beautiful day, so I took a spin on the Seneca Greenway trail to Damascus. The trail was in rough shape a few places with quite a few downed trees. In fact I took my first slow speed over the bars fall when I got impatient and trained to bunny hop one that was a tad too high for my skill level. All good though and the reward at the ride mid-point was delicious!
