I am very much missing my cousin. He was an absolutely fun dude to hang with. I spoke many times with him about spending time in retirement together and was looking forward to doings so. Alas, not to be.

I was on the golf course yesterday and saw some kids ripping it up in an empty lot with a quad. I had a super strong memory of my cousin and I out with his 3-wheeler ripping around out in front of his house. Of course as was the case with all 3-wheelers, he inevitably turned to sharp and over the bars he went. It’s a wonder any little boy makes it to manhood. Doubly tragic when they do, but are lost in their prime.
